Who We Are

We are a group of professionals with long experiences in the food industry, deep knowledge of the products, processes and factories, both on technical and commercial aspects.

Led by Mr Ted Brillantes, 39 years in the food sector: 11 years in a fishery project in the Philippines; 5 years on supply side as Assistant to the Chairman of seafood packer, Pan Asia 1981 Co of Thailand; 5 years on buyer side as Thailand Country Manager of BC Packers of Canada, erstwhile owner of the famous Clover Leaf brand; and 18 years connecting buyers and sellers worldwide.

We are centrally located in Bangkok, Thailand, the kitchen capital of the world, with representatives in Australia and The Philippines and alliances in China, Vietnam and Indonesia.

We help you source products, negotiate the best deals, provide supply situation information, inspect and ensure the right quality, manage orders and develop new products.

We minimize the incidence of inferior quality products arriving at your stores. We ensure your orders are delivered in full and on time.

Product Categories

We deal in long life food products with at least 12 months shelf life, food-related products and petfood. Products include shelf stable, in cans or retort pouches, dried or cooked, pasteurized or frozen.

Categories include fish and seafood, fruits and vegetables and meals. We handle conventional groceries like canned tuna and canned pineapple but we focus on value added products, convenient foods, ready to cook and ready to eat. We emphasize on higher quality, mid-tier to premium products. We also deal in frozen raw fish and seafood as raw material for manufacturers.
